Job description
- Lead and supervise a team of NRI Relationship Managers to ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Strategically target and acquire highvalue relationships with NRI Clients particularly in the equity market segment.
- Oversee the acquisition and service of large trader clients and those with significant investment portfolios ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with NRI clients continuously enhancing the advisory experience to drive client retention and satisfaction.
- Drive revenue generation by identifying and onboarding new clients while maximizing opportunities for crossselling products and services aligned with organizational priorities.
- Utilize a minimum of 810 years of experience in the banking and broking industries demonstrating expertise in managing bank assets under management (AUM) for NRI clients.
Requirements
Relevant Experience: Min of 5 Years of Relevant Exp.
