Digital transformation Vendor Management Job Description 11+ years of vendor management experience required, preferably both in corporate and agency environments Delivery Management experience of 4-5 years in Development projects (T&M / fixed price, Outcome based Programs) / AMS programs - Experience of handling Managed Services Projects will be an advantage. Establish and enhance the customer relationship Drive pre-sales support Drive innovations across projects to establish Value Driven Delivery Drive operational efficiencies to meet targets wrt Revenue, Margin Should have the ability to connect at various levels in the customer organization Director, Manager, Vendor Management Office Ability to get into the details as needed, come up with the remediation plan, with the ability to navigate troubled projects to stable state/GREEN Good people management skills to drive a performance driven Organization Work extensively with the Account Management team to ensure growth Should have managed a few Programs to drive Digital transformation / Modernization for Fortune Clients.
