AB InBev India is looking to hire a High End Specialist for its beer function, based out of Bangalore location. Primary Purpose of the role - To manage and deliver sales in a specific geographic area as per agreed targets basis the business plan. 1. Selling and Promotional Activities Responsible Ensure sales and availability across brands in the accounts as per growth plan. Ensure profitability by maintaining the prescribed brand mix. Develop plan at the regional level for Key accounts in collaboration with the Brand strategy team. 2. Stakeholder Management Manage operational relationship with key contacts. Ensure execution of the accounts as per the Trade Marketing strategy. Partner with the Trade marketing team to identify, liaise and execute the accounts as per the experiential focused sales activities. Build relationships across accounts and Route to market to ensure achievement of all the commercial metrics. 3. Budget Management Manage spends tightly to ensure that the budget allotted does not exceeded and adherence to financial discipline/DAG/Discount slabs. 4. MIS & Reporting Ensure adherence to monthly journey plans and timely reporting on MAST (sales tracking tool). Record, Analyze, report and administer according to systems requirements. Monitor and report market and competitor activities. Internal Trade Marketing Team • Partner with the Trade marketing team to identify, liaise and execute the Accounts as per the experiential focused sales activities. Brewery Team • To ensure reporting of timely information of products with quality issues. Finance Team • To attain all financial information and report back a per defined standards and formats. External To communicate and help achieve assigned sales target. To ensure adherence on MAST of the distributor sales team members handled. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Graduation/Post-Graduation with 3+ years of experience Superior knowledge and familiarity of the market, customers and information channels Strong analytical skills, ability to distil insights and propose relevant recommendations. A focused, detailed and disciplined approach to tasks Ability to prioritize and strong organization skills.
