Job description
# Manage and coordinate plant maintenance, utilities, projects, and commissioning activities for all electrical equipment.
# Initiate, implement, and manage the plant maintenance program focusing on planning, scheduling, preventive, and predictive maintenance.
# Monitor spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment inventories, initiating reordering when necessary.
# Oversee the operation and maintenance of various electrical equipment, including compressors, generators, 12MVA transformers, HT capacitor panels, rectifier panels, UPS input and output panels, ACDBs, DCDBs, earthing systems, and air conditioning units.
# Supervise contractors during AMC work within the plant.
# Establish and maintain a maintenance management system for work orders, spare parts, and equipment history.
# Prepare reports, analyze data, and provide recommendations for operational improvements and maintenance problem-solving.
# Ensure maintenance technicians are trained, equipped, and motivated to accomplish maintenance tasks effectively and safely.
# Implement projects to enhance efficiency, reduce operating costs, and improve key maintenance parameters.
# Manage power consumption, monitor power factors, and implement measures to reduce power consumption.
