1. Handling Content Management for OVH Business –

responsibility is to uphold the highest standards in content representation for the new properties associated with Belvilla, Dancenter, and Traum. For Stock Properties to ensure the content flow is correct across our distribution platform and updating the content as per the HO/Team inputs 2. Website Content:

dedicated to the dual objectives of relevance and accuracy. Simultaneously, align seamlessly with SEO guidelines, enhancing its discoverability. Collaboration with the SEO team is key to delivering informative and strategically positioned content that resonates with our audience. 3. HomeOwner Portal (HOP) Management:

Efficient management of the Homeowner Portal (HOP) is crucial for providing a streamlined experience for property owners. Our focus includes ensuring the timely closure of HomeOwner requests received on HOP . 4. Escalation Management:

Content Related: Resolving HO requests received via HOS/BDMs/AMs to ensure the HO content requests are always taken care of within TAT and correct representation of the property on the website and demand platforms. 5. Sign-to-Live:

Checking the content configurations of the page including pictures, layout, Comprehensive Characteristics etc. Are as per the property details and making them live post the checks. Ensuring Content Live guardrails are met before making them live – important to ensure the right set of properties are bookable on our platform – improving conversion of the property. 6. OTA check Content:

A post-live check – to ensure that OTA guardrails are met, and the properties are live on the respective indirect platforms – BDC, ABB, H2G, Holidu etc 7. Professional Photoshoot: Capability of professional photoshoot within our ecosystem helps enhance the conversion and revenue opportunity

Coordinating with BDMs and vendors to organize photoshoots for HOs. Ensuring the photo quality is above 80%. 8. Content Writing & Check:

Titles, Descriptions to be created as part of the new listing process – Sign-to-Live. Managing updates basis feedback from HOs and BDMs/AMs.

HO Communication BV, DC, Parks, Stuhr HO communications Campaign Strategy and Planning: a) Develop comprehensive and effective campaign strategies aligned with organizational goals. b) Coordinating with external agency – for sending HO Comms – Planning and executing the emails Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define campaign objectives, target audiences, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Execution and Implementation: a) Oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. b) Manage timelines, and resources efficiently to maximize campaign impact.

Content Development and Coordination: a) Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop compelling and on-brand campaign materials. b) Coordinate the production and distribution of content across digital and traditional channels. Data Analysis and Reporting: a)Utilize analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance against established KPIs. - CTR, Open Rates, Bounce (Hard bounce), b) Generate insightful reports, providing recommendations for optimization and future campaigns. Cross-Functional Collaboration: a)Collaborate with the sales, product, and communications teams to ensure seamless integration of campaigns with overall business strategies. b)Act as a liaison between internal teams and external vendors/agencies.
