YOUR ROLE
Due to growth, we are looking for a Quality Employee A for our Medical Device Campus in Heerlen. In this position you will mainly focus on implementing and monitoring quality in accordance with internal and external agreements. As a Quality Employee you are part of the Operations Excellence Team in Area South. We are growing fast in this Area and continuously innovating. As a Quality Employee you make a valuable contribution to this! In this role you report to the Quality Leader. The team in Heerlen consists of 5 colleagues.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO
As a Quality Employee A you will:
- Managing documents, work instructions and procedures
- Maintain and monitor quality instruments and standards
- Support in obtaining the necessary certifications
- Carrying out (physical) quality controls and internal audits
- Active role in reporting deviations
- Act as the first point of contact for questions from colleagues
- Preparing and maintaining reporting
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
Optimizing processes is completely your thing. You are strong, can switch quickly and like to work in an analytical manner. Your helicopter view also allows you to keep an overview. You are also quite a perfectionist. You are also social: you have close contact with your colleagues in the warehouse and at the office, and you also easily establish external contacts.
Furthermore you have:
- MBO working and thinking level
- Social and communication skills for maintaining internal contacts (verbal and written)
- Dutch and English, spoken and written
