Energy Aspects currently has an exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator to join our growing team in Kolkata. This, full-time-office-based role is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with excellent administrative support skills to join our highly regarded team and be part of our successful growth story. The successful candidate will quickly take on a range of responsibilities in managing an increasingly heavy travel, procurement, office activity planning, regulatory compliance tracking and other administration challenges for our Kolkata & Singapore offices. You must be able to work independently, be detail and process orientated as well as be exceptional at planning and prioritising to achieve success. Duties Provide direct travel booking and other travel logistics-related support to the Executive Director and other Senior members of the Asia team Keep track of travel plans of all individuals coming to the Kolkata, Singapore, Dubai and Tokyo offices and coordinate with the appropriate facilities, reception and IT teams where required Monitor travel related safety risks and issues and work with the Executive Director of APAC to plan appropriate comms Keep a schedule of lease requirements and other regulatory requirements for the Kolkata, Singapore, Dubai and Tokyo offices and work with office leads to ensure compliance General administrative support for the Kolkata Office Manager and Executive Director of APAC Logistics support and day-of support of company events where required for the Kolkata and Singapore offices Ad hoc administrative tasks and support as requested Food stock inventory management for the Kolkata and Singapore office Manage vendors coming in to make repairs or provide services in the Kolkata and Singapore offices.

Requirements Demonstrated experience working in administrative support Excellent understanding of Office 365 applications including Outlook, Word and Excel Good communicator whether face-to-face, telephone or electronic interaction High level of planning and prioritising skills High attention to detail

Desirable Skills Certification in project management, event management or similar Training in IT software administration would be an advantage
