2. **Budgeting and Forecasting:**
  - Collaborate with management to develop budgets and financial plans.
  - Monitor budgets and provide regular updates on financial performance.
3. **Auditing:**
  - Work closely with external auditors during the audit process.
  - Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
4. **Vendor Management:**
  - Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely payments and resolving any financial discrepancies.
5. **Bank Reconciliation:**
  - Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
6. **Financial Analysis:**
  - Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Accounts Executive (2-3 years).
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
