We are looking for an HR Associate to join our HR team to help us provide a value add, proactive, people centric service to our fast-growing, dynamic business. As part of the EMEA & APAC team, based out of our Bangalore office, you would be involved in supporting our colleagues and managers in a wide variety of tasks, from general day to day HR administration, to recruitment, induction, and leaver processes to the consistent implementation of HR policies and best practice.

This is a new role so we’re looking for someone with energy and enthusiasm who’s willing to learn, get involved in all things HR and make the role their own.

Roles And Responsibilities:

Provide HR administrative support to the EMEA & APAC team and the wider organization. Maintain accurate and up to date HR records for all EMEA & APAC colleague. Ensure data integrity within Dayforce. Provide training and assistance to the People communities and end users on internal HR tools and other HR supported applications. Responsible for the entry of employee data into HR systems, always ensuring accuracy. Assist in providing guidance to colleagues and managers on HR & Company policies and processes. Assist with EMEA employee benefits administration including Pension, Healthcare and Salary benefits. Escalate issues when appropriate. Manage large data entry projects including restructuring, acquisitions, etc Assist HR team with any projects as required.

Requirements:

University degree in Human Resource Management. 2-3 years administrative work experience, ideally within an HR team. Experience of working within an HR team would be ideal. Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong working knowledge in advanced excel. Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills. Demonstrated experience in a team environment. Someone who is able to build strong relationships. Is a finisher/completer who has determination to see things through A great team player who is self-motivated. Has a ‘sleeves rolled up’ approach; willing to get stuck in and gets things done Has a real attention to detail. Can multitask, prioritise and is comfortable with change. Understand and take up instructions well.
