Job description
Execution of effective security, vigilance intelligence strategies for Greenko Group.
Effective execution of security plans to minimize exposure to liability; while protecting valuable personnel, equipment, resources, and facilities at project sites. Responsible for effective management of all aspects of physical and electronic security and other critical assets of Greenko Group. Effective implementation of policies related to security, vigilance, and loss prevention. Troubleshooting operational functions to ensure SECURITY and SAFETY of people, across the company. People orientation, interacting extensively with all levels of employees regarding security intelligence and vigilance. Ensuring Productivity and performance of security personnel and systems. Training, Deployment, Team Building and Management of Security Personnel. Supervising security activities; developing security policies / guidelines for ascertaining ongoing maintenance of the same. Identifying training needs across levels through mapping of skills required for positions and analysis of the existing level of competencies. Ensuring optimum training and development of grievance redressal for all employees. Maintaining cordial business relation with Police, Fire Staff, Civil & Govt professionals. Ensuring adherence with organization policies, procedures, and regulatory compliances.Job tags
