Role Description
This is a full-time role an for Architect and Interior Designer, located in Bengaluru.
Looking for experienced Architects who are experienced in Architecture, Interior and Landscape Design of Luxury Residences. Should be able to produce Schematic, Conceptual and Construction Drawings.
Also looking for Interior designers, the candidate will lead the design process from Concept to completion. Here the role will also include client interactions, site visits, providing working drawings and selections.
At kenAR Architects , we work ONLY on Luxury Residences. Our Goal is to emerge as a Leader in Luxury Residences Design.

Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design
· Experience in the design and construction industry, with a portfolio showcasing a range of projects demonstrating creativity, attention to detail and a functional use of space.
· Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion/Enscape.
· Complete Dedication to work.
· Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, employees, and contractors.
· Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
· Attention to detail and an eye for design.
· Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
· Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
