Data Analyst What This Job Involves -- Provide best in class services to the JLL stakeholders and clients
- Contribute to continuous improvement opportunities, development of tools and services for Workplace Strategy
- Work as part of a wider JLL Account team servicing a client; collaborating with other BU's and delivering results for another team member who leads the project
- Manage complex client relationships, and deliver high standard of workplace innovation and implementation strategies
- Collecting and analyzing data, putting together both proposals and reports
- Supporting data driven decisions, processes
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Client to shape their RE/portfolio strategy
- Data analytics incl. occupancy supply vs demand analysis
- Financial (P&L) modelling
- Coordination of key projects incl. data gathering, analytics and visualisation
- Preparing Client-facing documentation: PowerPoint presentations with analyses summary, key findings and recommendations

- MS Office proficiency (Excel and PPT)
- Presentation skills
- Real Estate / Finance / Economics background
- Analytical, visualization and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and reliability of data analysis and reporting
- Autonomous / Proactive
- Solution oriented
- Organizational skills
- Result oriented
- Able to work independently
- Team player / Collaborative
- Experience: 3-5 years in analyst role desirable
