Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Jaipur as a Tervel at Dail for Holidays. In this role, you will be responsible for daily tasks associated with ensuring our travel services deliver world-class customer experiences. This will require attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills to ensure that all administrative duties related to travel coordination and processing are completed smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications

• A graduate degree with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong time-management, organizational, and multitasking skills in an administrative setting
• Minimum 1 years of experience in a customer-oriented environment or travel industry
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel), G Suite, and CRM systems
• Ability to take constructive feedback and adapt accordingly in a flexible environment
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and excellent problem-solving skills
