Position: Sales Specialist.

Experience: 2 years

Location: Mumbai / Pune

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Engage in customer-facing sales activities with a dual focus on hunting new clients and nurturing existing relationships.

• Promote and sell Technossus offerings to end clients worldwide.

• Work collaboratively with the sales team to identify and pursue business opportunities that align with the organization's goals.

• Continuously stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to enhance sales strategies.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2 years of experience in selling IT solutions and services or related services to enterprise clients.

• Proven track record in customer-facing sales roles with direct face-to-face client engagement, preferably in the technology sector.

• Excellent verbal & written communications skills and passion to be a sales professional.

• Adaptability to work in diverse markets and cultures.

• Qualification- MBA/PGDM
