Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist at Belstar Microfinance Limited in Ahmedabad. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR policies and HR management, implementing employee benefits, and personnel management.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Experience in HR management and personnel management
• Experience in creating and administering employee benefit programs
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree and/or HR certification is a plus.
