Job description
Responsible for Shipment tracking, On time dispatch and Delivery to Key Accounts (Distributors, Modern Trade Accounts, E-comm partners)
- Track the shipments for the assigned Regions, Highlight Deviations and Ensure resolutions - Responsible for TAT Deliveries - Work out solution to benchmark TATs and Logistics partners performance on Regular intervals and highlight findings/solutions to Central Logistics team for Negotiations and finalising contracts - Resolve Regional Logistics issues, Ensure smooth operations with logistics partners - Monitoring deliveries to E-Com customers as per appointments - Work closely with Sales team for sharing timely updates on delivery of stocks, support and resolve the shortage issues - Coordinate for RTV stocks from Modern trade, Distributors and E-Comm partners, setup robust RTV reconciliation process for the region - Manage Route Planning & Network for B2B RTS movements across Warehouses, Develop Metrics and continue to improve on connection speed and cost benchmarks MIS: - Daily, weekly, monthly MIS Reports for Logistics & Respective Warehouse Efficiencies - Ensure Reports are being published on timely basis - Work with Central Logistics and Warehousing team to diagnose reports Key Skill Sets : Good team working Skills Excellent Analytical Skills The ability to work quickly and efficiently The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines The ability to plan and organize work schedules Ability to influence people at all levels.
