Job description

Sign Contracts with franchisees along and handle inquiries from existing and new franchisees and service partners. Should be able to handle and Appoint Potential Franchisee Partners when on the field as the first in command. Should be able to handle and Appoint Efficient and Professional Service Partners when on the field as the second in command

Gather sales leads from the market and approach Franchisees actively, motivating to get them on board with Kallas Insta Kleen as a Franchisee partner. Maintaining a strong relationship with Franchisee owners and advising them on issues related to the market and offering solutions on the same

Coordinate dedicated sales team to give workflow, taking reports daily. Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible, and advising senior management on maximizing business relationships and creating an environment where customer service can flourish.

Responsible for managing the sales individually, developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, and agreed targets, and promoting the organization's presence and expense controls, meeting agreed targets and promoting the organization's presence.
