' Strong knowledge of active directory concepts and configuration, i.e. need to understand membership in security groups, inherited groups, OU structure, etc. ' Knowledge of Windows Registry, including knowledge of modifying system registry to support installed applications and document configuration changes. Good knowledge on Windows NT 4.0, Windows 2000, Windows 2003 & Windows 2008 including Active Directory. Excellent troubleshooting skills Excellent skills on windows 2003 and windows 2008 designing & planning Hands on experience on migration and consolidation project Experience on Merger and Demerger of active directory Environment Expert on migrations tools ( Ex. ADMT, Quest e.t.c) Good experience on Security translation Good understanding on reporting tools Good experience user training and documentation. Should have expertise in backup products Should have worked with more than one patching & antivirus tools Good communications Skills, Interpersonal and willingness to excel and performance oriented (1.) To provide support for on call escalations and doing root cause analysis of given issue (2.) To independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time (3.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (4.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts (5.)
