Qualifications And Skills - Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a
related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in the healthcare or
related industry in India.
- In-depth knowledge of the Indian healthcare ecosystem, including trends,
regulations, and market dynamics.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of successfully closing
deals and achieving targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact
effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset and analytical thinking, with the ability to identify and capitalize
on market opportunities.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish trust and credibility
with clients and key industry players.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as
in a team environment.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant sales and marketing tools.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
