Job description

Job Title: Accounts Head and Manager (Manufacturing only)

Company- Plastics packaging ( Company having 14 Plants across India having Turnover of around 700-800 cr)

Location- Andheri East

Reports To: CFO & MD

Manager Accounts

Qualification – CA, CMA, IPCC, Mcom

Skill – Knowledge of direct/Indirect tax, books of accounts/Finalization of Accounts etc

CTC – 25 to 35 lacs

Exp – 20 + years

Job Overview

Person would be responsible for expense control, budgeting, cost accounting and controlling, MIS, finance strategy, taxation, audit management, maintaining P&L and balance sheet and working capital management.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Preparation of Budgets & Rolling Forecast for Plants & Cash flow planning (Yearly/Quarterly/Monthly/Weekly)
• Timely preparation of a flexed budget at the start of every month as per schedules and govern the same in all plants.
• Timely preparation and presentation of finance MIS to the management
• Ensure implementation of ERP (Finsys) and smooth operation of the same across all pants
• Management of all online payments – Vendor, Salary, Statutory dues, internal transfer of group and associate company
• Quarterly TDS and GST Payable and Receivable reconciliation with revenue and expenses
• CAPEX Accounting and control
• Preparation of Annual Financial Statement / Balance Sheet for all group companies to be ready within the agreed timelines for Audit
• Coordination with Internal, Statutory and Tax Auditors with a view to highlight the shortcomings, resolving their queries and implementation of recommendations.
