Job description


Responsibilities
• Implement a marketing and sales strategy for products to meet established sales and market share targets.
• Manage the product line from strategic planning to tactical activities.
• Provide in-depth market, industry, and competitive analysis and positioning.
• Work closely with the sales team, and track and analyze product sales figures.
• Specify market requirements for current and future products.
• Develop and implement a marketing communications plan.
• Coordinate all brand marketing activities working with all departments to execute.
• Work with the team to develop innovative marketing programs and event campaigns.
• Control marketing & promotional expenditures within agreed budgets.
• Focused on brand building.
Qualifications
• A university degree, or master's degree in Business Administration or Marketing is a plus.
• At least 5 years experience in marketing in FMCG.
• Excellent communication skills written and verbal (fluent in English and Arabic).
• High interpersonal skills.
• The analytical, self-initiative, result oriented.
• Flexible, committed, and passionate about the job Proficiency in MS Office applications.
