Business Title: Senior General Manager – Finance
Key Responsibilities - Leads and oversees the relevant tasks to perform 'Offer To Order' activities in Country for in-vitro business and responsible for smooth handover from OTO to OTC to support IFRS compliance and corresponding Revenue Recognition
- Ensures operational excellence w/ internal and external focus (customers, suppliers etc.)
- Responsible to harmonize, standardize and digitalize the OTO process
- Provides support (focus FI) for the sales team and/or the customer; coordinates multimodality deal escalations, if necessary
- Deal Desk function to create, implement, and govern pricing policy and deal building playbook
- Evaluate LOA applicability and support within the LoA process; Generate contract and negotiate terms and conditions with the customer (w/ support of Legal)
- Confirm payment obligation and update the standard local costs (installation, application, warranty, freight, accessories cost); Provide customer credit and finance solution
- Identify public tender opportunities and drive the public bid
- FI related update of offer tool to ensure smooth handover to FI OTC
- Main customer contact for FI between Offer stage to order stage (acc. local law); Interfaces with sales and service organization, as well as BL/BA organization
- Develops team members and elevates their skillset in order to shape future challenges due to internal or external development in OTO; develops talents
- Responsible for structuring & restructuring of business deals with End Customers & business partners
Education & Qualification CA/ICWA/MBA Finance with a minimum of 15 years of experience and several years of experience in Commercial.
