The Role: Transmission’s Project Management Office is responsible for bringing this ethos to live across both our specialist Practices, and key projects. In this role, the responsibilities span the planning, resourcing, and delivery of projects for our Creative department, as well as driving internal comms for the APAC region.

This role requires managing operational excellence across teams in multiple regions, with a strong focus on managing external partners and video production work.

What You’ll Do: Practice Management Responsible for the resource planning & allocation of Transmission’s Creative department including: Partnering with Creative leads to identify and schedule resourcing for the team. Management of practice workflows and projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, every time, and escalating occurrences of over-delivery. Providing updates and recommendations to practice lead and PMO on resourcing and planning.

Project Management Partner with the account management team in developing project scopes and timelines, taking full responsibility for overseeing project tasks, timelines and maintaining overall project momentum. Ensure successful project delivery from initiation to completion, monitoring progress, and assessing allocation/utilisation. Proactively seeking to identify potential challenges and ensure action to minimize impact. Oversee resource scheduling and staffing for projects, ensuring optimal allocation, balancing realistic workload distribution to achieve project objectives. Schedule and lead meetings, facilitating effective communication across various teams. Liaise with regional Project Management Office and agency teams, fostering a collaborative and cohesive work environment. Proactively manage resource capacity and timings working collaboratively with the Project Director and the rest of the PM team. Implement efficient working practices, tools, and processes, and optimizing the project management platform to maximize its’ value.

What You’ll Bring: Solid 4-7 years of mid-level project management experience in a multi-disciplined agency environment. Familiarity with managing projects across different time zones. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, always-on environment, with a talent for prioritisation. High level of adaptability, conflict resolution and problem-solving skills. Strong organisational skills, with a focus on driving operational improvements and mentoring team members. Ability to understand and learn new project management platforms with experience in Wrike, being a plus. Strong understanding of creative development, production processes, and delivery timelines.
