TekVizion is looking for an expert Scrum Master to join our Product Engineering team to ensure that our applications and infrastructure are designed and implemented to the highest standard maintaining and enhancing our customer trust. If you enjoy analyzing system services, operating systems, networks and applications from a quality, usability, and serviceability perspective, and you are skilled at discovering functional issues that appear under new software delivery, this position will provide you with a challenging opportunity. Seasoned professional in agile methodologies and have significant experience as Scrum Master.

Desired Skills:
Minimum of 5 years experience on product release experience.

Should possess good communication and collaboration skills.

Should have strong hands-on JIRA workflow management.

Certified Agile Scrum Master

Roles and Responsibilities:

• To run daily scrum meetings with engineering Team

• To work with development and QA on estimate of product Epic/Stories

• To collaborate with engineering, product management, customer engineering team and prioritize product backlogs and do release planning

• Communicate on product release scope and status to all stake holders

• Facilitate sprint execution problems by coordinating with respective stake holders and resolve them on time to have successful sprints

• Define MVP and done criteria for stories and track the deliverables (software installer, documentation) of the sprint

• Have scrum ceremonies and scrum retrospective on overall release

• Understand the existing process and bring process change to execute efficiently with high predictability.
