Position Overview:

The Assistant Business Analyst will play a key role in supporting our Business Analytics team, primarily focusing on analyzing and interpreting data related to our bulk mail campaigns and affiliate marketing strategies. This role is crucial for ensuring data-driven decision-making across our marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Collection & Analysis: Gather, analyze, and interpret data related to bulk mail campaigns and affiliate marketing efforts.
2. Report Generation: Develop detailed reports for management, showcasing the success metrics, areas of improvement, and recommendations.
3. Trend Analysis: Identify patterns and trends in the data to provide insights into campaign performance.
4. Performance Tracking: Monitor the effectiveness of our affiliate marketing campaigns, suggesting changes and
Optimizations as necessary.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align campaign strategies with business goals.
6. Process Improvement: Continually review and refine analytical processes to increase efficiency.
7. Market Research: Stay updated with the latest trends in bulk mailing and affiliate marketing to ensure our strategies are industry-leading.

Salary: Up to 35000/-

Experience: MBA Fresher & 0 - 1 Year exp.

Required Qualifications:

1. Master's degree in Business (MBA), Marketing, Statistics, or Any Specialization.
(Application is accepted only for those candidate who attend their MBA Course on a regular basis)
2. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Analytics.
4. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
