Within the Digital & IM function, the Governance and Transformation department plays a key transversal role in enabling the IM and Digital Transformation, from FRAMING - expressing strategic intentions and defining simple, flexible and scalable frames - to SUPPORTING Domains and PSL’s while ensuring alignment between functions and divisions - to REPORTING through consolidated views, highlighting hotspots and relevant needs for support & decision-making. 

In India, the Governance & Agile Transformation department of Digital plays a key transversal role promoting synergies between multiple domains across Airbus worldwide with a flexible and adaptable approach which helps in sharing best practices, architecture, innovation, operational excellence and being efficient with cost, quality and time. 

Within the Functional management of Governance, we are looking for an experienced Manager with Finance background and people management skills. He/She will be responsible for the team of Performance, Finance, Risk, Workforce and Workplace activities to ensure the Airbus India Digital function’s business performance .

Your role :

As a Group Manager for Digital Performance, you are responsible for : 

Tasks and responsibilities

FINANCE :

You will collaborate closely with all IT organizations within Airbus and with the Finance teams to 

PERFORMANCE :

Ways of Working :

- Build a common decision making between internal/external customers and Airbus India Digital domains on budget management, keep  transparency in billing, .

- Liaise and manage with the business and Finance the billing (efforts charged to the respective customers internal and worldwide via PO or non-PO process) and invoicing of the same.

- Ease communication and information sharing between customer domains, Roof India IT, Finance Controller of Digital domain (FZD) and India Finance having regular alignment meetings at AOP, FC1, FC2 and FC3.

- Quarterly Finance reviews 

- Year end book closure of all pending processes

TEAM MANAGEMENT:

Required Professional Experience:

12+ years of experience in any industry. Aerospace / Digital industry could be an advantage.  

You may hold a Graduate/Post Graduate degree in Business or Engineering or Finance or a comparable qualification and have adequate years of relevant professional experience.
