About the role:As a Data Entry Operator, you will play a crucial role in liaising with the customer support/warehouse ops/ marketplace ops team and ensure any new/ disputed orders are created/edited/reshipped in the backend with accurate information being updated within the databases.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and update orders accurately in the databases and systems.Ensure the integrity and completeness of data by verifying, correcting, and editing information.Maintain detailed and organized records of all data entry activities.Work closely with the CX, Ops & Marketplace team to gather and verify information.
