Want to join KANINI? As an Inside Sales Representative at Kanini, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. You will work closely with our sales team to identify and pursue new sales opportunities, build lasting customer relationships, and contribute to the success of our company.

Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement: Proactively engage with potential customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and online meetings, to understand their needs and present our product solutions. Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by identifying and closing sales opportunities, as well as upselling and cross-selling to existing customers. Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of our products and stay up to date on industry trends to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value to customers. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales leads, including cold calls and outreach to prospects, to build a robust pipeline of potential customers. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support throughout the sales process and after-sales. Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to provide support in proposal creation, contract negotiation, and deal closure. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify market trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to share customer feedback and contribute to product improvement and development.

Qualifications:

Proven inside sales experience or a track record of successful sales achievements. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets. Adaptability and the ability to learn quickly, especially regarding product knowledge. Knowledge of ServiceNow, Data & Product Dev software and sales analytics tools is a plus. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
