Job description
Acclaim Consultants is hiring for a client-a leading Global IT Company.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Collaborate closely with product and design teams to develop compelling cross-platform end-to-end experiences across multiple features and products. • Oversee the day to day tasks for one or more engineering squads, provide mentoring and growth opportunities to the team, and ensure that tasks are properly assigned and architected. • Coordinate across multiple time zones to ensure the team has clear requirements and is able to deliver high-quality scalable products on-time. • Architect, plan and guide the design & development of highly innovative and functional user experiences on iOS, Android, VR headsets and web. • Encourage and enable team participation giving them opportunities to voice their opinions, make decisions and by assigning challenging but achievable goals. • Help maintain and build great team communication and foster a positive and rewarding work culture. • Act as subject matter expert and escalation point for the day-to-day operational activities across the landscape of applications utilized by the business. • Aid in the RFP process to select vendors for implementation work and, following selection, to hold them accountable, and to ensure high quality deliverables. Pre-Requisites: • 10+ Years of overall experience. • 2-4 years managing a mid to large-sized team. • 2-4 + years managing delivery of projects with stake-holders across multiple time zones. • 5 - 6+ years hands-on experience as a Front End (React primarily) or Full stack Engineer (Rust preferably). • Knowledge of AWS or any other cloud provider is must. • Demonstrated expertise in developing, releasing, and maintaining large-scale software applications. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Expertise with modern JavaScript (typescript preferred) frameworks.Job tags
