Position Summary:

The Total Rewards Analyst will provide a wide variety of service-related functions across Benefits and Compensation. In partnership with the benefits and compensation staff and at the direction of the Director, Total Rewards, this position will perform duties related to: 50%: Benefits administration, program/project implementation, client services, audits, vendor liaison/review and Live Well program design and management. 50%: Compensation administration support, including administering various compensation and recognition program activities.

Responsibilities:

Benefits Administration: Handles new hire orientations for benefits. Assists with the annual benefit’s annual enrollment process. Responsible for accurate and timely payment of benefit invoices Assist with compiling and analyzing data for benefits compliance reporting, including internal and external audit of processes. Assists with employees regarding benefits issues that are escalated and handles employee/vendor escalations. Working with Benefits Analyst, ensures compliance with legal requirements as it relates to benefit plans. Manage new benefit programs and existing program roll outs, including LiveWell content and voluntary and discount programs administration. Functions as a viable member of implementation team for new benefit program roll outs. Completes Data compilation for compliance reporting. Answers employee questions as necessary

Compensation Administration: Supports the Compensation Department with various compensation initiatives and processes. Handles administration of Recognition programs including SPOT awards, Operational Excellence Awards and Presidential Awards Responsible for processing bi-weekly payroll Assists with pulling market data for new positions.

Misc: Supports team in completing special projects as required. Performs audits and recommends remedial actions for improving processes/systems. Design and enhance existing and future internal SharePoint and ETS-customized vendor sites, focusing on delivering a clear and consistent benefits message across all platforms. Monitors and improves administrative processes wherever possible. Works closely with Total Rewards staff in support of reporting, analysis, and communications. Adhere to ethical standards and comply with the laws and regulations applicable to the job function. The incumbent will have some autonomy to resolve issues using existing processes. The incumbent will work under the direction of the Director, Total Rewards for process improvements, and other high-level outputs. Problem solving - must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; appropriately gather and analyze information and apply creative talents to problem-solving and be a critical thinker. Confidentiality - ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive Company and personal information. Quality - demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and monitors own work to ensure quality. Solid background in process improvement as well as proven attention to detail. Communication - excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to interact with employees/supervisors and managers. Research - ability to quickly and accurately research issues and propose solution or course of action. Adaptability - must be able to adapt to a rapidly changing work environment and manage competing demands in a productive manner.

Education, Certifications, or Special Licenses: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. A degree in HR Management, Business Administration or related field is preferred.

Relevant Years of Experience Required: At least 3 years of experience in HR, Benefits or a related field

Other Requirements (Specialized skill sets, behavioral/technical): This position requires strong written and verbal communication skills and intermediate to advanced skills with MS Office Applications. Knowledge of SharePoint a plus.
