We work for 5 days a week , with Saturday & Sunday fixed off. Other Public holidays are also given to the team.
Office Hours : 10 am - 7 pm ( NSP - Branch)

The IT Recruiter is responsible for identifying, sourcing, and recruiting top talent for various IT positions within the organization. This role involves working closely with hiring managers, understanding their staffing needs, and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire the best candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
• Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, professional networks, etc.) to source potential candidates.
• Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for open positions.
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Job Posting and Advertisement:

• Write and post compelling job descriptions on relevant job boards, social media platforms, and the company website.
• Create and manage job advertisements to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and priorities.
• Provide regular updates on candidate pipeline, recruitment progress, and market trends.
Candidate Assessment and Evaluation:
• Administer technical assessments, coding tests, and other relevant evaluations to ensure candidates meet the required technical standards.
• Evaluate soft skills, communication abilities, and cultural fit during the interview process.
Interview Coordination:
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Provide necessary information and guidance to both candidates and interviewers.
Offer Negotiation and Onboarding:
• Work closely with hiring managers and HR to extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages.
• Assist in the onboarding process by coordinating paperwork, background checks, and other pre-employment requirements.
Market Research and Trends:
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in the job market to advise hiring managers on talent availability and salary benchmarks.
Data Management and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions, feedback, and recruitment metrics using the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Generate regular reports on recruitment activities and KPIs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT recruiter or in a similar recruitment role, preferably in the technology industry.
• Familiarity with various technical roles, programming languages, and IT skills.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, candidate sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment.
