Degree / MBA Relevant Experience in BD
Technical skills: Proficiency in computers (M.S. Office)
Behavioral skills: Communication skills Negotiation skills.
5 8 year of experience in Real Estate Consumer durables Telecom Retail and Hospitality.
Demonstrated experience in Business Development Project Sales Solution Design Proposal Developmen
Key Responsibilities :
Business development & client relationship
New business development.
Strong networking base with developers and their top management
Qualitative experience in marketing of services.
Initiating and conducting Social Media Campaigns
Driving Market penetration for Secure Parking Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
PR activities
Participating Leading & Managing Events & Exhibitions in Existing & Potential areas of growth.
Client retention and relationship building
To leverage on current client baseDocumentation
Correspondence with the clients for closing the agreements
Coordinate with the legal department and get the agreements signed from both the parties.
Team Work
Coordinate with team members towards project status and delivery.
Team working skills and a collaborative approach to work.
The ability to motivate yourself and set own goals.
