Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of handling Domestic School trips.
- Frequent travelling within the Saurashtra region.
- Geographical and destination knowledge.
- Dealing with School Principal enquiries and aiming to meet highest level of students safety during trips.
- Dealing with Suppliers, Operations, and Negotiations section with our Product Manager.
- Operational duties start to end process of the trip.
- Ability to communicate effectively and independently.
- Strong Empathy and Understanding. Charismatic Personality. Keen Ability to Improvise and Adapt. Focuses on Building Rapport.
- Tour Manager Duties.
- Knowledge of EXCEL PPT WORD , MIS REPORT
Qualification :
- 2 to 5 years experience in Tour management, preferably in the travel industry. Added advantage if have previous experience of handling school trips.
- Graduates in hospitality and tourism or its equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Strong technical aptitude and skills to quickly grasp new work schedule.
- Superb communication skills, including writing.
- English fluency (communication skills)
- A love of travel.
