Job Description:
This role will be responsible for creating engaging, insightful, and viral short-form and long-
form content for our social media platforms and other marketing channels. The ideal
candidate will have a knack for adding humor to their writing, a deep understanding of what
makes content shareable/viral, and the ability to craft messages that resonate with both
B2B and B2C audiences, particularly CXOs, nano, micro and mega influencers.
Responsibilities:
● Research and produce high-quality longform articles and short-form content
● Collaborate with teams to produce content aligned with brand voice, goals and
guidelines
● Craft content specifically targeted at CXOs, nano, micro and mega influencers in
Southeast Asia
● Employ humor, wit and insight to make content lively, fun and shareworthy
● Create content formats optimized for virality on professional platforms and social
media
● Stay updated on viral content trends and leverage them into content production
● Obtain input from stakeholders and incorporate feedback
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in English, journalism, marketing, or a related field.
● 5+ years of experience in professional content writing and copywriting, preferably
for a product marketing company.
● Portfolio demonstrating longform and short-form content writing abilities
● Up-to-date knowledge of viral content best practices
● Exceptional writing and editing skills, with an understanding of the special
requirements of writing for social media platforms.
● Ability to write humorous, engaging, insightful and viral content appealing to the
target audience.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Strong research skills to inform writing with data and insights
● Exceptional creative and storytelling skills
● Ability to work well with tight deadlines in a team environment.
● Proven experience in writing for both B2B and B2C markets .
● Familiarity with the Southeast Asian market, particularly India and Indonesia.
● Good to have a command on Bahasa language
