Job Description Looking for Windows Image Engineer expertise in windows desktop, windows server operating systems, Virtual desktop infrastructure, AVD, Active directory, DNS, DHCP, Group policy and PowerShell scripting The role will be primarily focusing on Windows Modern Management Security Design & Implementation, Managing identity, security, access, policies, updates, and apps for endpoints. Core Requirements and Responsibilities: Primary skills Very good hands on experience on Windows Modern Management Security Design & Implementation Managing identity, security, access, policies, updates, and apps for endpoints. Strong hands on experience on Active Directory, DNS,DHCP, Group policy management Strong hands on experience on Implementing solutions for efficient deployment and management of endpoints on various operating systems, platforms, and device types. Implementing and managing endpoints at scale by using Microsoft Intune, Windows 365, Windows Autopilot, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, and Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), part of Microsoft Entra. Manage and maintain identity, security, compliance, and protected user devices. Strong hands on experience on Secure Print management, paper cut and thin print Management Good hands on experience on User profile management product, Roaming Profile, Fslogix and OneDrive Automating Windows and Windows Server operating system deployment, leveraging the Windows Assessment and Deployment Kit and Microsoft Deployment Toolkit Good hands on experience in automating upgradation/migration, remediation, jobs, report tasks by using creating PowerShell CLI script and PowerShell and Batch scripts. In depth experience in hardware image management for various hardware types and support for VMware and Windows Server operating systems Experience providing technical resolution to incident & problem events related to End User devices infrastructure . Create all necessary documentation including system standards, run books, and more Research. Familiar with the ITIL process. Experience in implementing and maintaining IT Service Management (ITSM) tools Strong communication skills. Secondary Skills: Installations for security patches, functional patches, and version upgrades to vSphere environment. Experience with hardware platforms. Strong hands on experience doing POC, production rollout on VMware infrastructure, VMware horizon view VDI infrastructure. BMC client management Vulnerability threat management (preferably Qualys, ivanti)
