Role Description

The Sales Marketing Executive will be responsible for market planning, market research, communication, sales, and marketing. The Sales Marketing Executive will also be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales growth, analyzing market trends, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Market Planning and Market Research skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation skills with fluent knowledge of English is required, any other European language is a plus
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• A person with a CAN-DO attitude is a must
• Good knowledge of IT tools.
