Job description
-You will be part of a team which will be the single point contact for peopleHum to the customer, post the customer signing up to implement the platform.
-Your sole focus will be for making peopleHum s global customers successful
-Understanding the peopleHum product platform and global business practices and how to best align and fit the solution to the customer needs
-Work with product, engineering and sales teams in cross functional decision frameworks to represent Customer Voice
-Participate in strategy, planning and organizing work to optimize success criteria
-Defining and tracking CSAT, NPS and other operational KPIs that measure and define Success for you and your team
-Presenting accomplishments and discussing changes to process, product and tech
