Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with expertise in Workday to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting Workday solutions to meet the business requirements. This role requires a deep understanding of Workday architecture, integrations, and customization capabilities. The Workday Integration Consultant is a key role in our Workday team responsible for the design, implementation, and support of our customers Workday production systems.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design scalable and efficient Workday solutions. Provide technical leadership in the design and support of Workday configurations, customizations, and integrations. Configure and customize Workday modules based on business requirements. Integration Management: Design and implement integrations between Workday and other systems, both internal and external. . Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring data integrity and system reliability. Execute deployment-related activities for a variety of clients including, but not limited to, business process design, unit testing and solutioning, and implementation support Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and configuration documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR and IT, to ensure the successful integration of Workday solutions. Provide training and support to end-users and other team members on Workday functionality. Stay updated on Workday releases and new features, providing recommendations for system enhancements and optimizations. Participate in the evaluation and adoption of new technologies that complement the Workday ecosystem.
