Customer Support Associate
Salary: ₹17,000 to ₹23,000 per month
Location: Infopark, Kakkanad, Kochi, Kerala
Experience: 1 to 3 years in BPO / Customer Support voice process (Fresh candidates will be considered if they have fluency in English)
Qualifications:
Responsibilities:
1. Respond to Customer Queries: Address customer inquiries promptly and accurately through phone, email, or chat.
2. Identify Customer Needs: Understand customer needs and assist them in utilizing specific product features effectively.
3. Product Malfunction Analysis: Analyze and report product malfunctions by testing different scenarios or impersonating users.
4. Database Updates: Update internal databases with information regarding technical issues and valuable customer discussions.
5. Communication of New Features: Inform customers about new features and functionalities.
6. Issue Resolution Follow-Up: Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution of their technical issues.
7. Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
8.Training Assistance: Assist in the training of junior Customer Support Representatives.
