Job Description: Are you a driven and results-oriented individual with a passion for building strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth? Do you have experience in both non-IT and IT staffing industries? If so, we invite you to join our team as a Business Development Manager focused on new client acquisition. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and driving business growth in both the non-IT and IT staffing sectors. You will leverage your industry knowledge, network, and sales expertise to identify and cultivate new business opportunities. Your ability to understand client needs, tailor solutions, and build lasting relationships will be instrumental in achieving success in this role.

Responsibilities: Identify and prospect new business opportunities in both non-IT and IT staffing sectors through research, networking, and cold outreach. Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, including HR managers, hiring managers, and C-level executives. Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand client staffing requirements and challenges. Develop and present tailored staffing solutions to address client needs and objectives. Lead negotiations and contract discussions to secure new client partnerships. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and delivery of staffing solutions. Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Track and report on sales performance metrics, including pipeline activity, revenue forecasts, and client satisfaction.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in business development or sales, with a proven track record of success in the staffing industry, both non-IT and IT sectors. Strong understanding of non-IT and IT staffing processes, trends, and challenges. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies. Willingness to travel as needed.
