IAM Program Manager / Saviynt expert

This is a full-time on-site role for an IAM Program Manager / Saviynt Expert located in Mumbai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of access control systems related to identity and access management. Additionally, the candidate will work with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop customized solutions to facilitate seamless access to information and systems.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IAM program management and Saviynt platform experience
• Experience in managing a large-scale identity and access management program
• Strong knowledge of access control systems, access governance, application authentication methods, and directory services (LDAP, Active Directory)
• Deep understanding of identity protocols and technologies, such as OAuth, SAML, and MFA
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate with IT staff, business stakeholders, and executives
• Strong problem-solving skills, project management experience, and the ability to adapt to a changing environment
• Experience in delivering IAM projects on-time with a focus on quality and budget management
• CISSP, CISM, or similar industry-recognized certification is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and grasp of the English language
