Responsibilities:
· Thorough understanding of Social Media Platforms with emphasis on LinkedIn.
· Creating comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
· Conducting research to understand current industry benchmarks & audience preferences.
· Create, edit, post various kinds of content, daily, on social media platforms to drive engagement.
· Collaborate with other teams like content & marketing to ensure consistency.
· Drive engagement with followers and industry influencers.
· Guide a team of designers on content creation according to the latest design trends.
· Run campaigns on social media platforms as and when needed to drive engagement & generate leads.
Requirements & Skills:
· Relevant Bachelor's / Master's degree
· Proven work experience as a social media manager
· Experience in handling a team and work with inter-departmental teams.
· Excellent copywriting skills and a great command over English.
· Ability to create content that conform to the brand guidelines and the latest trends.
· Ability to conduct research to find trending topics and drive engagement.
· Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics & Keyword Research
· Ability to multitask
· Proven record of running successful campaigns on social media and a thorough understanding of SMM & Social Media Ad Platforms
