We are seeking a dynamic and resultsoriented Associate Manager to join our team. The Associate Manager will be responsible for collaborating with clients and partners to develop and implement HR strategies policies and initiatives. The role involves leading and managing key HR functions including talent acquisition performance management employee relations and compliance. The Associate Manager will also play a pivotal role in driving organizational development and fostering a positive work culture.
Candidate Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field. A Masters degree or relevant certifications will be an advantage.
