Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in Mumbai. The HR Intern will be responsible for assisting the HR team with daily HR administrative tasks which includes but not limited to; maintaining employee records, conducting audits, assisting with implementing HR policies, conducting new hire orientation, employee benefits enrollment, and personnel management.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Experience in maintaining employee records
• Interview scheduled and maintain data
• Sourcing and Screening the candidate from portal
• Strong knowledge of HR portals (i.e. Naukri, Indeed, etc. )
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• Ability to work well in a team environment
