Requirements: Qualifications: Graduate from any stream. Experience: 0-6 months of experience in Account Management. (interfacing with clients, helping them solve day to day problems, etc)

Job description: Managing end to end online web publisher relationships with some of the top websites in the world, helping them to manage their accounts with us everyday, helping increase their monetization & overall profitability. Troubleshooting & problem solving the daily incoming customer queries based on issues such as product feature implementation or performance of their accounts, being very accessible & hands on - aiming to achieve a high customer satisfaction index. Routinely building in-depth reports for thoroughly analyzing data trends and consistently working towards increasing revenues for customer accounts allotted to you. Strategizing and ideating with cross-functional internal teams to identify new revenue opportunities, also finding potential product/product feature matches that enable customers to earn even more revenues & up-selling/cross-selling them to these publisher accounts. Identifying & segregating potential new Market Segments for enhanced focus & better personalized strategies for success / not adopting a 'one size fits all' approach but a highly customized approach to your work. Working with the sales and marketing teams to develop relevant marketing/sales collaterals and business proposals to use to share with customers while upselling/cross-selling erstwhile mentioned new/more enhanced product features of the media.net suite of products.

Who should apply for this role? If you have a minimum of 0-6 months of experience in account management/business development/client servicing type roles - preferably with internet based businesses and/or digital/online media/technology/IT/Software product enabled businesses or companies. You have excellent analytical skills and comfortable working everyday with numbers/large data sets, gleaning data insights to do your job better.
