Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated HR Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in human resources and preferably possess a master’s degree in HR or a related field. The HR will be responsible for supporting various HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities: 1.

Recruitment

: Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks. Management shall provide in-depth direction on relevant companies and a description of the roles and responsibilities 2.

Onboarding

: Support new hire onboarding and orientation processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees in the system 3.

Operations

: Maintain employee records and HR databases - ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Coordinate employee benefits administration – Including enrollments, changes, and terminations 4.

Operations

: Assist with employee relations matters, including conducting investigations and facilitating conflict resolution 6.

Performance

: Provide administrative support for HR programs and initiatives, such as performance management and employee training 7.

Legal

: Stay current on HR laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations (ex. PF, ESI, POSH, labour laws). 8.

Engagement

: Organize events and activities to promote employee engagement (support shall be provided by team members)

Requirements: 1. A degree in human resources management or a related field is a must 2.

Minimum of two years of experience in human resources or talent acquisition 3. Highly motivated individual with a track record of accomplishment and taking on responsibilities (not necessarily related to work) 4. Strong understanding of fundamentals - HR principles, practices, and procedures. 5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization. 6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 8. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
