End User and Collaboration Services are responsible for a wide range of user facing services including End User Compute (Laptops and software), Workplace Technology (Meeting rooms, telephony, and printers) and Collaboration Services (Microsoft 365 Collaboration tools including Exchange, Teams and SharePoint)
Microsoft 365 admins are responsible for helping to maintain our M365 services including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform and Viva
Responsibilities:
Working in a BAU service team, dealing with L2 service tickets and incidents concerning M365 collaboration tools.
Directly collaborate with users to troubleshoot issues and provide 1-2-1 training on using Microsoft 365 products where required.
Maintain our remaining on-premises SharePoint servers and sites.
Assist M365 technical leads and developers on projects as required.
Help analyze tickets and other feedback to help maintain good service levels and to look for potential process and technical improvements.
Assist in developing internal knowledge base and training materials.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Total 4-6 years of IT experience
Minimum 2 years relevant experience and a broad technical knowledge of M365 services including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Viva, and Power Platform with an interest in future developments.
Understanding of how to manage resources in Azure would be an advantage.
Experience/knowledge of Power Platform administration
Experience with patch and configuration management.
Knowledge of SharePoint Framework and related technologies.
Knowledge of PowerShell for management of M365 services.
Experience with ticket management systems such as ServiceNow.
Knowledge of PowerBI to present data an advantage.
Strong written and oral communication with the ability to provide training to end users.
