Job Overview:

The Data Analyst will play a critical role in supporting our sales and marketing functions by tracking and analyzing data analytics from 'click to cash'. This role involves preparing reports that offer actionable insights to marketing, sales, and executive leadership, and working closely with the finance function to ensure comprehensive data integration and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Handling and Analysis. Collect, process, and clean data from diverse sources to track the customer journey from initial engagement through to sales. Ensure accurate data for a full view of marketing and finances. Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive strategic decisions in marketing, sales, and executive leadership. Dashboard Management: Develop and maintain dashboards for campaigns and user behavior, as well as reports that provide visibility into key metrics for marketing, sales, and executive teams. Use data visualization for clarity and to promote actionable insights. Insights and Recommendations: Analyze complex data sets for actionable recommendations. Translate data findings into strategic initiatives to drive business growth and efficiency. KPI Monitoring and Enhancement: Monitor KPIs for financial targets and align sales and marketing data with financial metrics and forecasts. Leverage A/B testing insights for continuous improvement of strategies and tactics. Collaboration and Support: Work closely with the finance team to support budgeting and reporting with data-driven insights. Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and integrity and to improve data collection and analysis processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field. Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or Marketing Analysis preferred. 5+ years of relevant experience in data analysis, with a strong focus on marketing and financial data. Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably supporting sales and marketing functions. Proficient in data analysis tools and platforms such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Google Analytics, Hotjar, Salesforce, and Pardot. Strong data visualization skills, with experience in creating dashboards and reports for business use. Experience with CRM and sales/marketing automation tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different business functions.
