Job description
To manage complete execution of orders in hand and overall assist Business Development Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Filling the quote sheets/prepare Performa invoice (d)
- Sending offer samples to customer- sample tags, courier booking request and coordinating the dispatch (d)
- Customer communication for routine activities (d)
- Maintain counter samples sent to customers (d)
- Request for ECGC application to Commercial Team (a)
- Product Display for customer visits (a)
- Final selected products quote submission, wherever applicable (a)
- Prepare SAP program master based on projections (d)
- Prepare Pre-PMT & PMT (d)
- Upload PO in SAP (d)
- Product Artwork, Packaging Artwork, Shipping Artwork- follow up with studio and customer and get final approval and send final CD & BDM signed digitals to PPC (d)
- SO Creation (d)
- Coordinate with PPC, Logistics about shipments and update BDMs. (d)
Major Duties
1. Manage each step of order execution and coordinate with each teams involved
2. Service customers with their orders in hand
Minor Duties
1. Assist BDM in getting new orders and business
2. Work in preamble and identify hurdles in shipments at early stage and report to Business Development Manager
