Job Overview

Ainos Pharmaceuticals Private Limited is seeking a Purchase Executive to join our team. As a Purchase Executive, you will be responsible for managing the company's procurement process, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. The role requires a minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in procurement and a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience of 4 to 6 years in procurement, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, make informed decisions, and solve problems.
  • Knowledge of procurement software and tools.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain supplier relationships.
  • Ensure timely procurement of goods and services while managing costs and quality.
  • Monitor inventory levels and anticipate demand to avoid stockouts or excess inventory.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand requirements and provide procurement support.
  • Coordinate with finance department for budget approvals and payment processing.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier information.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures and ensure compliance with regulations.
